Dilan Simsek is a skilled interior architect with a solid background in both design and project supervision. She began her career in design offices, contributing to a variety of projects before joining Bienal, where she took on high-scale international hospitality fit-out projects. Dilan managed each stage of the manufacturing process, from purchasing to shipment, ensuring quality control across cutting, edgebanding, painting, assembly and more. She also traveled to multiple project sites, overseeing installations and conducting on-site measurements.
As Bienal’s Head of Design, Dilan now leads a talented team, providing essential design support for B2C, B2B and showroom partners in the U.S. for custom closets and cabinets. She reviews each design and inspects technical drawings before production, mentoring and training both new designers and architects. Her expertise and leadership ensure that Bienal’s design standards are upheld at every step.
Beyond work, Dilan is an avid traveler who loves exploring new places and connecting with people from all walks of life. She’s also a dedicated pet lover and embraces the rewards of hard work, bringing passion and energy to every project and endeavor.
