Before joining Bienal in 2012, Serdar Karakis gained valuable experience in the tourism sector and photography. In the same year, he contributed to Bienal by conducting product research and market analysis in China to support the company’s projects. Upon returning, he transitioned to the logistics department, where he has since specialized and built his expertise.
Serdar currently plays a key role in every stage of the logistics process. His responsibilities include customs clearance, container planning, domestic transportation, pre-shipment packaging, loading, and preparing products for delivery. His strong problem-solving skills, ability to resolve challenges efficiently, and belief in teamwork enable him to excel in his role.
Passionate about technological advancements and industry innovations, Serdar is focused on improving packaging and shipment processes to enhance speed and safety, ultimately elevating customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include fishing, playing football, and watching matches, which help him relax and recharge.
